Common Craft have done it again! Just ahead of my new weekly podcast for Business Matters magazine, they have created the excellent 'Podcasting in Plain English'.
Enjoy.

Andy - This is excatly what I am interested in doing - connecting people! How'd you get started?
Hi Steve
Thanks for your comment. It all depends what you want to get started doing.
If you want to start connecting people effectively, the key is to start getting to know your network, understand their needs and the connections that will work for them and then recognise how they fit together.
The key to connecting others is to take yourself out of the equation, and focus on how others in your network might gel.
